I raised my voice at 2 people over the phone today. I am partially at fault for whatever the "argument" was about, but they didn't think they are... especially one of them in particular.

I feel bad about having to raise my voice. Not feeling bad towards them...'cos I don't see why. But really, I should have better anger management. And yes, I am also losing every bit of patience I have with my colleagues.

Ya I know. I am evil.
